Italian word Albero comes from Proto-Italic, Proto-Indo-European meaning a “tree”.
This is why we chose it as our brand name i.e “Caffe Albero“: it was evocative of everything we wanted our company to be. We wanted our customers to feel at home when they walked into our shop, even if they didn’t know what “caffe” meant!
